NOT SO HIDDEN AGENDA...

Duterte and cohorts already drawn out their plans rights after midterm election!

***All major Chinese funded projects were actually timed or scheduled right after midterm election.

***Proceed with Charter Change and Federalism.
***Martial law on standby just in case...

Let us go to the details, 'The First Agenda'...

via @rappler: Philippine economic team flies to China for infrastructure projects...

The delegation will be led by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea. The team will meet with top officials of China's Ministry of Commerce on Tuesday, March 19, to score new agreements on infrastructure cooperation between the two countries.
There are 75 projects under Build, Build, Build, 19 of which are programmed to be funded by China.
There is no stopping to this agreements as no one nor any decent government agency, nor co-equal body dares to question the legality and the constitutionality of these agreements. The House of Representa-thieves is headed by a co-plunderer of...uhm! I mean a major ally of the president, and majority of the house is simply what you can call a 'stamp pad'?
The Surpreme Court has proven itself to be ruled by a majority of skunk...uhm! I mean justices whose so far has proven to have sided with the president in almost all major issues or cases brought before them; including martial law extension and other controversial cases.
Wait, the senate! Yes, the senate, despite the majority of it are apparently close to the president, somehow there is still a some sort of, call it minor resistance if you will. There are still few remaining oppositions who can make some noise.
However, should the result of the midterm election will favor the administration candidates, which by the way are a bunch of low lying plunderers and murderers..uhm! I mean, loyal to the president...Duterte would have the absolute control of the so-called three co-equal bodies of the government; the executive, the judiciary, and the legislative (HoR/Senate).
Then nobody or totally, no one will dare question the legalities of these projects. And that is the reason why they have to wait for the election to finally seal the last nail of the coffin, or seal the deal.

The Second Agenda...

Charter Change to push for Federalism...many says, that before it can be transmitted to the senate, it is already DOA or Dead On Arrival.
via CNNPhilippines: Senate minority leader Franklin Drilon argued that there is no need for the Philippines to shift to a federal system of government to achieve regional empowerment.
Senate Minority He said that once passed, the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) would prove that amending the constitution is no longer needed as extensive power and autonomy will be given to Muslim Mindanao.
"Hindi po kailangan ang federal system," Drilon said in an interview with DZMM. "Walang rason kung bakit (kailangan) baguhin ang ating Saligang Batas para mabigyan ng mas malawak na kapangyarihan at salapi ang ating mga rehiyon."
Polls would indicate also that majority of the Filipinos reject Federalism. As of 2018, 2 out every three does not approve of it.
Why insist? let us simplify the answer. Federalism will definitely divide the center of power from the so-called Imperial Manila to many different regional powers. Never mind if that will be too costly to implement but the key component of Federalism as we know it is the TRANSITION provision.

While in waiting for the new semi-government of the different states, the present leadership and its major allies will hold the power as the transition leaders, thereby effectively extending their terms to kingdom come until an election is held to the so-called states and the main government.

"So Duterte, including his appointed ministers or administrators can wield its power to install or institutionalize their own political power or call it clans if you will."

And this agenda never left his mind, not even for a second. It is his insurance policy. With the way he is managing the country, in a rampage, he is definitely scared to death that if he loses his grip to power, he will be made to answer for all his crimes and corruption.

He either install himself as a lifetime president or he can appoint someone to protect him, all under a distorted or circumvented law of the land, via Federalism.

Just today, he already floated the idea, by citing a quote or a 'threat' from MNLF Nur Misuari in their meeting that Misuari threatened to wage war if Federalism will not happen.

Did the president make a secret deal with Misuari that if he (Misuari) will go along with the MILF -BangsaMoro agreement, then he will take care of him by giving him power or his own territory thru a federated states?

A threat coming from a (MNLF) spent force? And the president is lending his ears? Or the president is hearing his own echo? Who really is wanting Federalism? Who will benefit from it? HIM!

If his candidates can sweep the majority of the senate, then thy will be done!

The Third Agenda...martial law?

The last and most dangerous agenda: The Damocles sword...hanging in the air. The president could care less or not an iota of hesitancy that he will wield his iron hand. Regardless of the consequences...as if he is a dying man that is willing to take everybody down with him in hell, if he cannot get what he wants.

Well, he confessed to many of this so called dreaded diseases, and slip of the tongue has been using deadly substance/s to ease his pain. Kit Tatad, his unsolicited medical doctor at-large by the way was fired from the paper he used to write for decades, because of exposing Duterte's medical trips to China, a treatment facility, called Fuda Cancer Hospital. So don't expect Tatad to give us the latest update or medical bulletin on the president's health.

Though, if you will ask Sal Panelo, he would readily give you a smile and his words of wisdom, " the president is in 'pink of health', not gray, not darkening, as many would notice the president's face looking like fresh from the salon, wearing a mudpack.

Can we stop this? Despite our political colors or affiliations or religion and spiritual differences; we have a glimmer of hope, if we ensure that all the candidates of the oppositions will be elected to the senate. The Otso Diretso, the power that can equalize or install a check and balance in the last bastion of democracy in this government, the senate!

The more that we need to work hard to make the people aware of what is about to happen in this country...we still have hope!
