BONG GO's CAMP ISSUED FAKE SURVEY RESULT!
BONG GO'S CAMP PUMPING UP HIS CHANCES OF WINNING VIA FAKE SURVEY RESULTS...
[Updated/ March 8/9:26PM]
Notice the proliferation of newspaper reports from February to March, promoting Bong Go so called sudden surge in ranking from a NOBODY to a number 8, number 5, now at solo number 3 position?
If you are to believed the published/post from Manila Times, Manila Standard, Inquirer, and other news agency, Go is gradually climbing up the rank from nowhere to the most coveted ranking, two ranks away to be the number one. The newspapers banners the survey apparently citing SWS and one from Pulse Asia as the source.
That is how a news becomes credible, sources had to be cited. What makes it newsworthy is when other media agency picked it up and shared it as well; mainstream media including TV and Radio Networks.
Unfortunately for Bong Go, SWS denied having that survey, completely; saying "it was not theirs."
How could some newspaper agency banner a headline without even having to verify the legitimacy of the news? And how could they cite SWS as the source if they did not even bother to check on it?
Apparently, the source of the news came from the camp of Bong Go. It was released thru a press-con and viber group, quoting SWS as the source. - Minda News said.
His thank you note to his supporters:
His response: “No comment na ako. Nagpasalamat nako” (No comment. I have said my thanks).
Bong Go: “Maraming salamat po sa dumarami nating kababayan na nagtitiwala sa aking kakayahan at intensyon na mag-serbisyo ng tapat at lubos."
When confronted by MindaNews that SWS denied the survey:
Go told MindaNews Thursday night: “Ask mo sino naglabas po” (Ask who released it).
MindaNews replied it was his camp that released the survey results through a press release sent to reporters via e-mail and Viber group.
His response: “No comment na ako. Nagpasalamat nako” (No comment. I have said my thanks).
WTF! Hahahaha! Biglang no comment?
This is dirty politics. Bandwagon or call it 'mind conditioning' if you will. This way, the higher the rank is, it begins to mold a public perception that he is the most popular, loved candidate in the race; creating an illusion of integrity...and Filipinos love winners. The gullible tends to join and support the most popular or what is trending.

And that must be the reason why Go is employing such a tactic which has been proven effective during the last election where fake news including fake surveys a re dime in a dozen, totally thrived and being spread like wildfire.
GOOD THING now that many are now vigilant and ready to expose them.

The pollster company warns the public not to be fooled by fake surveys. Mangahas told MindaNews Thursday night that what is not posted on their website is not theirs. The alleged “SWS survey” is not posted on the SWS website.
Mangahas: “Public Reminder” that it “again reminds the public that false reportage about SWS surveys is very common in the period leading up to an election.“
“Everyone is enjoined to rely only on the SWS website (www.sws.org.ph) for its advisories, announcements, and survey reports released to the public,” it said.
It said SWS interviewers while on fieldwork “wear a valid ID which clearly shows the logo and name Social Weather Stations, the interviewer name and signature, validity period of the ID, and name and signature of an SWS officer.”
It urged those who want to verify the authenticity of SWS interviewers to contact their office at 02-9264308; 02-9244456; 02-9244465 and to look for Ms Josefina Tayactac, or through mobile pone 09999913518, fax number 02-9202181 or email sws_info@sws.org.ph.
The fake survey chart release by Bong Go's camp...fully edited, bearing the usual format and logo being used by Social Weather Station.
