Ang Tutuong Narco List? Episode 5 - Bicol Group

The narration started with citing the principals of Davao Group which was identified as PATRONS (symbolic heads) they are Paolo Duterte,  Duterte family, Bong Go, and Mans Carpio. 



The drug syndicate's base of operations is actually in Albay, Bicol. They have a counterpart, called as the Bicol Group, otherwise known as Quadrangle Group. 

One is Elizaldy Co, or Zaldy Co, a senior member of the (TRIAD) Drug Syndicate, and is also sporting a Triad Tattoo. He is known in Bicol as a businessman who owns a 5 star resort hotel in Albay, called Misibis Bay. The resort is also used as a central house for the syndicate.

The second member is a certain Victor Lorenzo Rosales, who is currently in prison, known as the Bicol Drug Kingpin.

Another one is a Fernando Gonzales, a congressman of 3rd District of Albay. 

Also, a certain Edgar Tallado, governor of Camarines Norte.

While in Camarines Sur, former Congressman and Governor, Luis Villafuerte.

In Catanduanes, Governor Joseph 'Buboy' Cua.

In Sorsogon, Antonio 'Kruni' Escudero, the late former vice governor. When he died, he was replaced by his oldest son, Provincial Board Member Krunimar Antonio Escudero.

In Naga, a businessman and owner of a big mall in Naga, a certain Thomas Enrile. He also owns strings of Catering services.

Lastly, a certain Tess Ranola, a Chinese businesswoman, franchise owner of multi level marketing company.

The drug syndicate's base of operations:

Misibis Bay Resort is an exclusive resort to serve as a cover for the syndicate. It houses their central operations, and the place is divided into three parts:

The Beach Front, the far side is the residential, third part is the Misibis Bay Island Condominium that houses the central operation of the group. 

It also serves as the Chemist quarters where some of them came from China. The laboratory is located at the basement of the building. 

It also houses the control and technical room a(probably serves as a communications and security control).

We can now finally conclude a lingering question as to why it would appear that many of the local or rural bank transactions are being coursed thru remote places in Bicol area...apparently, Bicol houses the central operations of the syndicate supported by local government officials as high as congressman and governors, and some local Chinese businessman in the area.
