Cynthia proposes to ban unli-rice: “Ipagbawal na yang unlimited rice, masama yan. Pagbawal na natin yang unlimited rice kasi nagkakasakit tayo gawa ng unlimited rice na yan; we should learn how to eat vegetables."

Cynthia blames Carabao Center for the country's malnutrition: "Partly to blame kayo sa kabobohan ng mga bata. Ang mga bata pinaainom ng milk para tumalino."

Cynthia on the plunging price of palay due to rice tarrification law that she sponsored into law: "Kumikita naman sila (farmers) ng five pesos/kilo, I think P17 is the regular price and its too much to ask P21,P20."

Cynthia on the surging price of galunggong (poor man's staple fish): "Kung mahal ang galunggong, eh di huwag kumain ng galunggong, di ba?"

Cynthia on DA's budget: "Bakit ba baliw na baliw kayo sa research? Ako matalinong tao pero hindi ko maintindihan ang research nyo..."

Cynthia belittles nurses: "Actually, hindi kailangan ng mga nurse na matapos ng BSN. Kasi itong ating mga nurse gusto nilang maging room nurse. Or sa America or in other countries eh ano lang sila, yung parang mag-aalaga. Hindi naman sila kailangan 

ganoon kagaling."

Cynthia on giving aid or SAP to workers: "Bakit bibigyan (ng ayuda) yung middle class eh may sahod sila kahit lockdown."

Cynthia on Medical workers plea to revert NCR to ECQ: "Hindi na seguro. pagbutihin nila ang mga trabaho nila."

"A 'shotgun' tactic? The bigger the gun is, the bigger the damage it will be, two weeks before the election..." NBI Cybercrime Division filed a complaint against Rodel Jayme, the alleged uploader of Bikoy's video.  Jayme was charged with “Inciting to Sedition” in relation to Section 6 of Republic Act 10175 or the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 before an inquest prosecutor. "Status posts and the likes are now considered as ‘electronic speech’ or speech done electronically. The internet, or Social Media to be précised [sic], is platform designed to reach audience on worldwide level,” the NBI said in its complaint. “Seditious words or speeches, write, publish, or circulate scurrilous libels, can now be done electronically (Social media and Blog web pages) and being online it now caters to a larger and wider audience,” it also said.
